When trying to design and deliver human experiences the overall attitude is crucially important. If you take an instrumentation view, looking at humans as objects, you won’t be able to apply empathy and really understand their needs. In contrast, if you look at humans as subjects with individual needs, you follow a humanitarian approach that will enable you to design and deliver truly ‘human experiences’.
